• "Eco Roof Improvements" refers to the company providing the Cover and Maintenance Plans, solar panel installations, and associated services.
• "Plans" refers to the Cover and Maintenance Plans available for purchase, which include specific coverage for solar panels, cleaning services, and discounts on battery purchases.
• "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing a Plan.

• Plans are available for individuals and businesses in [Your Location or Service Area].
• Customers must be the legal owner of the property where the Eco Roof Improvements services will be provided.

• Solar Panel Coverage:

• Battery Discount:
  • Customers who purchase a Plan will receive a discount on the purchase of solar batteries, as detailed on the website or in the product catalog at the time of purchase.
  • The battery discount is only valid for the first 12 months after Plan activation.
• Maintenance Services:
  • The Plan includes regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and system performance assessments, according to the service schedule established by Eco Roof Improvements.

The following are not covered under the Plan:

• External Damage: Any damage due to weather, fire, theft, vandalism, or acts of God.
• Improper Use or Installation: If the solar panels or related equipment have been improperly maintained, modified, or installed by someone other than Eco Roof Improvements.
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, stains, or other cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the solar panels.
• Non-Solar Equipment: Any equipment not related to the solar system, including electrical panels, batteries, or non-solar roof components, except where explicitly stated in the Plan.

• Customers must ensure that the property is accessible for scheduled maintenance and cleaning.
• Customers must report any faults, damages, or issues with their solar panels immediately after discovery.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the solar system is not obstructed by other elements (such as debris or overgrown plants) before Eco Roof Improvements provides maintenance or cleaning.

Eco Roof Improvements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from solar panel system failure or the use of the Plan. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the solar panel system as outlined in the coverage terms.

• Customer Cancellation: The customer may cancel the Plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no service has been rendered. After this period, the customer is not eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified by law.
• Eco Roof Improvements Cancellation: Eco Roof Improvements may cancel the Plan due to non-payment or breach of Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Eco Roof Improvements reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will apply to new or renewing Plan subscriptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK Laws, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within UK.
